Good Faith Estimate
You may be entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining expected charges for scheduled healthcare services. More information is provided during intake and scheduling.
Out-of-network reimbursement
Expressions of Hope Speech Therapy PLLC does not submit claims directly to insurance companies. On request, a superbill can be provided for families who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance carrier on their own. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.
